The Role: As a Digital Sales Representative at Zendesk, you'll be at the forefront of our customer experience for new and existing customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide an excellent customer experience through high-velocity sales approaches.

Your Key Responsibilities: Respond to a large number of inbound leads and existing customers through various channels. Actively resolve prospect and customer inquiries to drive online business conversion rates. Become an expert on Zendesk products and articulate their value to informed buyers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • 1+ years of sales experience; software/SaaS experience preferred
  • Real passion for Zendesk technology and quick ability to learn tools and processes
