Then we have great news for you 1WorldSync is looking for a dedicated Business Development Representative (German speaking) to join our team. 1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management. With approximately 600 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK, we're seeking a Business Development Representative to support our growing global team.

The Business Development Representative is in direct contact with our sales team and plays a key role in securing new customer appointments predominantly in the DACH region. Tasks as a Business Development Representative at 1WorldSync include:

1. Identifying and qualifying potential new customers in the B2B sector
2. Building and maintaining relationships with decision-makers and influencers in companies
3. Carrying out market and competitive analyses to identify new business opportunities
4. Creating and implementing strategies for lead generation and qualification
5. Working with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement campaigns
6. Managing customer data, maintaining and tracking sales activities in the CRM system
7. Making cold calls and follow-up calls to arrange appointments and prepare quotations
8. Attending trade shows, conferences and networking events to increase brand awareness and generate new leads

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2. Fluency in written and spoken German and English
3. Good communication and presentation skills

Desired Skills and Experience:

1. At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position in a SaaS environment
2. Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret market data and derive strategies
3. Strong cold calling and lead generation skills
4. Experience in working with CRM systems
5. Goal-oriented and proactive way of working
6. High degree of initiative and ability to work in a team
