International Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Sales Professional to join our team in Greece.
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional looking to expand their career horizons and work in a multicultural environment with people from over 80 nationalities.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, qualifying leads, and building strong relationships with B2B clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and emails
- Qualifying new potential clients and leads
- Understanding customer needs and providing solutions
- Upselling and cross-selling products or services
- Building and enriching the customer database
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A native-level proficiency in Dutch and a minimum B2 level of English
- Previous sales experience, demonstrating ability to drive results
- A high school or bachelor's degree
- Excellent listening skills and effective communication abilities
- Energetic, innovative, and proactive work approach in a fast-paced environment
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- Basic annual salary between €15,400 and €18,200 + a performance-related bonus of up to €300 per month
- A full-time job, 40 hours per week
- Normal working hours or a rotating schedule (depending on the project)
- A multicultural environment: people from 76 countries working together
- A complete relocation package for non-local applicants including flight ticket to Athens, hotel accommodation with breakfast, and assistance in finding a flat
