Responsibilities:

  1. Verify the authenticity and completeness of trade applications and associated documents.
  2. Perform security and validation checks for new accounts.
  3. Assess new customers to minimize risk while maximizing sales opportunities.
  4. Sign off on new accounts following security and validation checks.
  5. Communicate decisions to relevant internal personnel and customers.
  6. Compile information for customer meetings and credit discussion packs.
  7. Support the Credit Assessment management team in achieving business objectives.
  8. Update company databases with accurate and timely customer information.
  9. Assist with monthly reporting requirements.
  10. Contribute to the development of relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  11. Participate in the evolution of internal processes related to credit assessment.
  12. Perform other duties as necessary.

Required skills and experience:

  1. Fluency in Portuguese.
  2. Prioritization and problem-solving skills.
  3. Commercial awareness and initiative.
  4. Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  5. Experience in the distribution industry and SAP knowledge are advantageous.
