About the Role

Buscojobs Portugal is seeking a seasoned Oil and Gas Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key contributor to our Contact Center, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients in the Oil and Gas industry.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide first call resolution.
  • Manage queues and adhere to TAT and accuracy metrics, reporting daily performance and updating performance logs.

Requirements:

  • Dutch fluency: minimum C1 or native level
  • English language skills: B2-independent user level
  • O2C knowledge and experience in invoice management, order management, collections, and dispute resolution
  • SAP and Siebel CRM experience (Siebel preferred)
