What We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working in an entry-level role in sales operations or related fields.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the sales function globally. This includes checking opportunities for accuracy and provision orders on successful closure of a deal, supporting the Sales Operations Analysts and Manager to report on and improve sales data quality and processes, and delivering sales metrics, dashboards, and other ad-hoc analytical tasks.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary, which ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. In addition to base pay, we provide a performance-driven annual bonus or commission. We also offer a distributed work environment, personal learning and development budget of USD 2,000 per year, annual compensation review, recognition rewards, annual holiday leave, maternity and paternity leave, Employee Assistance Programme, and priority Pass and travel upgrades for long haul company events.
