We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at PTW, Pole To Win International. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading boutique games services company that provides custom solutions worldwide.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, excellent presentation and communication skills, and a genuine passion for gaming. They will be responsible for managing relationships with existing business accounts within the European games services market, attending client meetings, presentations, and trade shows, and presenting PTW/1518 services in line with briefs.
About the Role:
This is an individual contributor role that requires a high level of autonomy, self-motivation, and organizational skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding targets through building relationships, forecasting opportunities, and driving results in a complex business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with existing business accounts within the European games services market
- Attend client meetings, presentations, and trade shows
- Presentation of PTW/1518 services in line with briefs
- Cross-selling PTW services to existing clients
- Working with Delivery and several support teams to maximize time spent engaging with clients
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in account management
- Proven track record of exceeding targets through building relationships
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to forecast opportunities
- Self-motivated and organized individual with a passion for gaming and experience with CRM tools
