Key Responsibilities

Solve issues during the booking process and provide effective solutions to customers.

Offer instructions and take an active role in finding the right booking options for clients.

Follow up with customers during their vacation and provide good solutions, including refund options if necessary.

Manage and expand the client network for the company.

Generate high-quality leads for the company.

Requirements

EU citizenship or a valid residency card.

Fluent levels of French and English.

A passion for the travel and tourism industry.

What We Offer

A long-term fixed-term contract renewable every year.

Full-time working hours (40 hours per week) on rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday, 7AM to 7PM).

Salary conditions: 1040€ gross per month including free accommodation or 1240€ gross per month excluding accommodation.

Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months for international candidates.

Airport pick-up and a yearly two-way flight ticket back to the home country within the EU for international candidates.

Help with paperwork and opening a bank account upon arrival.

Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company.
