Role Overview
We are looking for a Service Manager/Coordinator to integrate one of our Nearshore Teams in Portugal, collaborating with other Teams in the Netherlands and working with international clients across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating daily operations, managing client interactions, and ensuring seamless communication across international teams in Lisbon and Utrecht; Serving as the first point of escalation for client issues, demonstrating excellent communication skills; Working effectively with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds; Adapting communication styles to bridge cultural differences and enhance team collaboration; Applying knowledge of ITIL processes and procedures to optimize service delivery; Managing multiple clients simultaneously, balancing their unique needs and fostering positive relationships.
Requirements
Previous experience in IT Service Management/Service Coordination; Experience working with ServiceNow ticket management tool; Fluent or independent proficiency speaking in both Dutch and English languages (Portuguese is a plus); Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
