We are seeking an experienced Digital Growth Strategist to join our team at Infraspeak. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive demand generation strategy that drives revenue pipeline growth.
About the RoleThis is a leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in demand generation, ABM, and paid media campaigns. You will lead cross-functional teams to execute complex marketing initiatives, drive business growth, and deliver results-oriented solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a best-in-class demand generation strategy across multiple channels, including organic growth, paid media, inbound marketing, and outbound efforts.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Performance Marketing and the Head of Sales Development to ensure alignment and peak performance.
- Build and optimise an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approach to drive revenue pipeline growth and increase brand visibility across target markets.
- Lead the development of robust frameworks for lead generation and nurturing, ensuring seamless handover to the sales team.
- Track, measure, and optimise key metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- 6-8 years of experience in a leadership role within demand generation, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience managing and scaling ABM strategies, inbound and outbound marketing, and paid media campaigns.
- Expertise in orchestrating demand generation operations across multiple channels, including SEO, paid search/social, content marketing, email marketing, and events.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure, analyse, and optimise key performance metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, and revenue pipeline.
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and working alongside sales departments.

The estimated salary for this position is €120,000 - €180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Flexible working hours and remote-friendly culture. Competitive salary and perks.
