We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated Business Operations Assistant to join one of Switzerland's largest telecommunications companies in Portugal. As a Business Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring high solution rates and customer satisfaction at each contact through excellent problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both German and English, as well as basic knowledge and experience in a call center environment. A strong commitment to a long-term project is essential, along with good PC skills and the ability to work independently.

We offer a dynamic environment with many opportunities for professional development, including a competitive salary package between €1412 and €1772 per month. The contract duration is 12 months, and we provide full-time employment with a fixed term.

In this role, you will be responsible for dealing with customer contacts by telephone, serving customers to ensure their long-term loyalty, and managing administrative issues related to administrative changes, invoicing (including collection), and complaints.
