Salary
We offer a competitive salary package, with candidates based in the UK eligible for circa £75,000 per annum. This includes location-specific salary scales and benefits that align with our global compensation framework.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Global Head of Brand and Creative Content to join our Global Engagement Team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a unified global brand strategy and content strategy that aligns with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a cohesive and compelling brand story worldwide
• Lead a global team of creative professionals to produce high-quality, insight-driven content
• Collaborate across Save the Children International, members, and country offices to drive innovation and consistency in brand identity and messaging
• Foster a culture of creativity and experimentation to stay relevant and stand out in a crowded marketplace

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A strong background in brand development, creative direction, and content strategy
• Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to travel internationally (up to 10%)
