Our Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) organization is responsible for delivering a seamless support experience to our customers, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team as Technical Support Engineers.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues. You'll own, investigate, and solve complex customer technical issues, collaborating with internal teams and leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices. You'll also lead in building communities with peer delivery roles and share your knowledge through readiness programs, technical coaching, and mentoring of others.

Requirements

We're looking for individuals with a passion for delivering customer success. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Hands-on working experience in technical support, technical consulting, or information technology.
  • Experience in ERP systems like Dynamics, SAP, PeopleSoft, NetSuite ERP, Oracle ERP Cloud, Epicor, and related.
  • Experience in ERP working in one or more of the following Supply Chain Management areas: sales order and purchase order processing, manufacturing and master planning, inventory and warehouse management, inventory costing, and transportation management.
Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for individuals with a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for lifelong learning and personal and professional development. Experience in creating technical documentation and sharing knowledge with others through training delivery and mentoring is also a plus.

Language Qualification

English Language: confident in reading, writing, and speaking.
