Property Listings Coordinator

The Property Listings Coordinator will oversee the entire property preparation process, from scheduling repairs and staging to coordinating high-quality marketing materials. This is a hands-on role that requires a keen eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining open communication with clients and stakeholders. You will also be required to transport furniture and staging materials to and from properties, as well as perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs when necessary.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the complete preparation of properties for sale, including managing scheduling and execution of repairs, painting, cleaning, landscaping, and design.
• Coordinate high-quality photography, video, and 3D imaging for marketing materials.
• Track project timelines to maintain listing schedules and ensure the property is properly presented through to contract and closing.
• Prepare top-tier pre-listing packages for agent appointments to effectively communicate and sell our services.
• Schedule and coordinate property preparation tasks, including renovation, painting, cleaning, and landscaping, to ensure the home is ready for market.
• Manage deadlines and budgets related to contractor work, ensuring efficient and timely execution.
• Supervise thorough cleaning of all spaces prior to staging.
• Design and plan interior and exterior decor to highlight the property's best features.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Specialist to create and distribute high-quality online and print marketing materials, including virtual tours, property webpages, flyers, and listings on real estate portals.
• Work closely with the Listing Agent to implement ongoing and creative marketing strategies.
• Collect and respond to feedback from buyers and agents to address any inquiries or concerns.
• Set clear expectations and coordinate property preparation timelines around the seller's schedule.
• Ensure completion and signing of Property Disclosures and Inclusions/Exclusions with clients.
• Provide clients with detailed communication at key stages, including launch updates, weekly status reports, and post-sale follow-ups.
• Relay feedback from showings and Open Houses to clients regularly.
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Client service-oriented with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Proven experience in project management, account management, or client service roles.
• Proficiency with scheduling and project management software tools.
• Must be hands-on and proactive in preparing homes, including cleaning, moving furniture, and executing physical tasks.
• A keen eye for design, image composition, and photography is a plus.
• Reliable transportation is essential to visit properties and transport staging materials.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs when necessary.
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
