Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Property Listing Manager to oversee the complete preparation and presentation of properties for sale. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing scheduling and execution of repairs, painting, cleaning, landscaping, and design/decoration of both interior and exterior spaces.

About This Role: As a Property Listing Manager with Connect Now Recruitment, you will be part of a dynamic team that specializes in providing exceptional market debut experiences for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all properties are presented in their best possible light, showcasing their unique features and attributes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage scheduling and execution of repairs, painting, cleaning, landscaping, and design/decoration of both interior and exterior spaces.
  • Coordinate high-quality photography, video, and 3D imaging for marketing materials.
  • Track project timelines to maintain listing schedules and ensure the property is properly presented through to contract and closing.
  • Prepare top-tier pre-listing packages for agent appointments to effectively communicate and sell our services.
  • Schedule and coordinate property preparation tasks, including renovation, painting, cleaning, and landscaping, to ensure the home is ready for market.
  • Design and plan interior and exterior decor to highlight the property's best features.
  • Supervise thorough cleaning of all spaces prior to staging.
  • Schedule and oversee professional photography, video shoots, and 3D imaging for marketing materials.
  • Assign Open House hosts and follow up for feedback after each event.

Requirements:
Education & Experience: A proven track record in project management, account management, or client service roles. Proficiency with scheduling and project management software tools. Strong organizational and time management skills.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Client service-oriented with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • A keen eye for design, image composition, and photography.
  • Reliable transportation is essential to visit properties and transport staging materials.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs when necessary.

Benefits: Competitive salary $85,000 - $110,000 annually, based on experience.
