**The Role**

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven professional to lead our expansion in the B2B fashion tech space. This role offers flexibility in location, allowing you to work remotely or from our headquarters in Porto. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in selling and implementing e-commerce and retail tech solutions, as well as a deep understanding of the fashion industry.

You will be responsible for cultivating and managing strategic partnerships with leading brands, retailers, and key industry stakeholders. Your ability to build high-impact relationships and position our technology as a game-changer in on-demand, customized production will be essential to driving revenue and expanding our presence in the market.


**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue and expand our presence in the B2B e-commerce and retail tech space.
  • Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with leading brands, retailers, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Analyze trends and opportunities within e-commerce, retail, fashion, beauty, interiors, wellness, and hospitality to proactively shape our business development efforts.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing complex deals, ensuring a seamless implementation and handover to Account Management.
  • Represent PLATFORME International at high-profile industry events and networking opportunities, promoting the company as a thought leader in fashion tech.
  • As the company grows, build and lead a high-performing business development team, fostering a results-driven culture and supporting team members' professional development.


**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, particularly within e-commerce, retail tech, or fashion tech.
  • A proven track record in B2B sales, especially in selling and implementing technology solutions for e-commerce and retail environments.
  • A deep understanding of the fashion industry, including customization technology and on-demand production.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
  • Data-driven with experience in tracking sales metrics and performance.
  • Fluent in English, with French and Italian being highly desired.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
