Job Description
We are seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing Compensation and Variable Pay. The ideal candidate will independently handle large implementation projects with a focus on Compensation processes such as Compensation Worksheets, Budget allocation, Compensation Planning, and Compensation statements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle large implementation projects with a focus on Compensation processes
- Familiarity with system implementation standards and methodologies is essential
Requirements
- 1.5+ years of relevant experience in SF Compensation & Variable Pay with a minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations in Compensation and at least 1 end-to-end implementation in Variable Pay
- Good integration knowledge with other modules like PMGM and EC
- Strong SuccessFactors Compensation knowledge and a valid certification
