Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets
  • Negotiate contracts with new clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to inform sales approaches

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably with an online company
  • Native English speaker or fluency in the relevant language
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and pipeline management
  • Results-driven and self-motivated, with a passion for delivering exceptional results
