The Opportunity

The Partner Operations function at Salsify defines and tracks business metrics, manages and operates critical business systems and processes, identifies and executes business performance improvement opportunities, and acts as a thought partner to the Customer Experience business leaders.

Your Role

  • Support partner transactions: enable efficient deal routing, and coordinate cross-functional deal collaboration
  • Drive operational excellence: continuously lead identification, prioritization, and execution of process improvements
  • Lead partner analytics: build analytics and serve as the 'definitive source of truth' for the state of the business
  • Partner in evolving ecosystem strategy: support market research, campaign management, and planning
  • Enable cross-functional partnership and alignment: develop and leverage strong relationships with key leaders

What You'll Enjoy About This Role

  • 7+ years in sales operations, customer success, professional services, BizOps or equivalent experience at a high-growth enterprise SaaS company
  • Knowledge of the SaaS customer lifecycle
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Extensive experience developing analyses/reporting using data visualization tools
  • Ideally proficient in SQL
  • Able to command the room and influence without authority
  • Highly organized and accountable
  • Tenacity, passion, and a highly developed sense of curiosity
