About the RoleThe Business Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance our company's market position and drive revenue growth in the credit industry. Key responsibilities include developing an expansion partnership strategy in Portugal aligned with the company's business goals and objectives, identifying and evaluating strategic partnership opportunities, and building and nurturing strong relationships with new partners. Other responsibilities include leading negotiations and formalizing agreements, working closely with legal and finance teams, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of each partnership on the company's financial performance (P&L). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles in the credit or financial industry in Portugal, as well as knowledge of the Portuguese credit industry regulations and compliance. A proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing partnerships that resulted in revenue growth, fluency in English, exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities, and analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making are also required.
