At David Kennedy Recruitment, we're partnering with a pioneering Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to find a highly skilled Senior Marketing Sales Representative fluent in Hebrew for their Lisbon office.

As Senior Marketing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for daily client interactions via phone, chat, and email to identify sales opportunities and provide tailored solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a portfolio of small business clients to drive revenue growth, research client business models, local markets, and industries, customize client experiences, and improve product adoption.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contact clients daily via phone, chat, and email to identify sales opportunities and provide tailored solutions
  • Manage a portfolio of small business clients to drive revenue growth
  • Research and understand client business models, local markets, and industries
  • Customize client experiences and provide personalized recommendations
  • Improve product adoption and optimize performance through continuous engagement
  • Offer pre- and post-sales support for client's advertising solutions
  • Provide product feedback, identify trends, and champion client success stories

We are looking for someone who is a native or fluent Hebrew speaker (oral and written), fluent in English (at least B2 level), an EU citizen or pre-settlement in Portugal, with strong sales, coaching, and client service skills. Additionally, proficiency with tools like MS Excel and Salesforce, willingness to experiment with new strategies, and passion for helping others achieve measurable results.

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary estimated at around €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus relocation support, 12 working days of training, covering product knowledge, customer management techniques, and software programs.
