Role Summary
As an Italian Speaking Customer Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the satisfaction of our Italian-speaking clients. You will be instrumental in building positive relationships and ensuring that our Italian-speaking customers are happy with their experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Communicate with Italian-speaking clients across different channels, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Use your fluency in Italian to provide clear and empathetic communication, ensuring a tailored and enjoyable experience for each customer.
• Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction.
