Your role as a skilled customer service representative will be multifaceted:
- You will handle consumer inquiries and complaints through various channels with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide expert advice on products and beauty services while ensuring timely resolutions to customers' concerns.
- Maintain effective communication with other departments, redirecting cases when necessary.
- You possess exceptional communication skills, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.
- A demonstrated problem-solving ability and collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role.
- You have proficiency in the German language (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
- Strong IT skills, including reporting tools for customer interactions, are required.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts is crucial.
- Prior experience in cosmetics and luxury industries is advantageous.
- Knowledge of digital platforms and customer service background are pluses.
- Type of contract: Long-term fixed term contract renewable every year.
- Working hours: Full-time (40h/week), Monday-Sunday, 8 hours/day (plus 1 hour break).
We offer two options based on accommodation arrangements:
- Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €950-€1100 gross/month.
- Excluding accommodation: €*** gross/month.
During training, you will receive compensation equal to 50% of your hourly wages (lower taxes). For international candidates, we provide reimbursement for initial flight expenses after 9 months, airport pickup, and yearly two-way flights back home. Additionally, we assist with paperwork, bank account setup, and offer free Portuguese lessons and social events.
