About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and service-oriented Customer Service Agent International to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our international customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized and self-sufficient support to our international private and corporate customer base
  • Respond to complex customer inquiries and complaints regarding rentals worldwide in English and German, demonstrating expertise and a customer-centric approach
  • Proactively work to enhance customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty through effective communication and issue resolution
