**Job Description**
We are seeking a Senior Claims Adjuster to join our team. As a key member of our claims function, you will be responsible for handling complex claims from coverage enquiry through legal liability assessment and quantum analysis to timely and accurate resolution. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective vendor and litigation management on Complex claims within a personal allocation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage complex claims handling enquiries, coverage determination, quantum analysis, and legal liability assessment within authority limits.
- Provide high standard of customer service and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Work with Team Manager/Senior Adjuster to ensure effective vendor and litigation management on Complex claims within a personal allocation.
Requirements:
- Claim Manager with experience in insurance, in Property and Financial Lines Claims departments.
- Business Administration, Economics or Law degree.
- Fluent in English.
- Experienced in stakeholder management, both internal (underwriting, distribution, actuarial, finance, and executive management) and external (brokers and clients).
- Experience in conducting technical claims audits and effectively following up.
- Knowledge of legal/regulatory and procedural requirements.
- Result-driven.
- Capacity to work in an industry-changing landscape.
- Attention to detail.
- Good time management and prioritization skills.
