About the Role:
As a Dutch Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the welcoming voice assisting customers with their travel inquiries and bookings. Whether you're aiding in planning dream vacations or resolving issues during their travels, your dedication to providing exceptional service will leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat, providing assistance with travel bookings, itinerary changes, and general inquiries.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, and destinations, allowing you to offer personalized recommendations and guidance to customers.
Collaborate closely with our team to share insights, contribute to projects, and enhance our customer support processes continuously.

Requirements:
Fluency in Dutch: Proficiency in spoken and written Dutch is crucial for effective communication with our Dutch-speaking customers.
Customer-Centric Approach: Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to assist others, ensuring positive and memorable customer interactions.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly learn new systems and processes, and adjust to evolving customer needs.
