About the Opportunity:

As a vibrant Customer Consultant, you will be responsible for managing phone contacts with customers to ensure their long-term loyalty. This exciting opportunity involves advising customers on all services and offers.

Your Mission:

  • You will be responsible for managing phone contacts with customers.
  • Customer support to ensure their long-term loyalty.
  • Advising customers on all services and offers.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent French and English (mandatory).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Contact center environment experience.
  • Sales experience.

  • Base salary: €45,000 per year + Meal Allowance.

Work Schedule:
