We are seeking an experienced International Sales Expansion Manager to join our team at Abroad Experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Benelux market, with a focus on the French and EMEA regions.

About the Role:

This role involves leading the sales efforts in the assigned region, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with Dealers/Resellers/Distributors. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales success and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the French and EMEA regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Dealers/Resellers/Distributors and internal teams.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in sales/account management.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hardware products experience.
  • Fluency in French and English is required; proficiency in Dutch and/or other languages is a plus.
  • Experience working in international sales, preferably in the office industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer:

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary, annual bonus structure, travel reimbursement, 25 vacation days per year, hybrid working environment, laptop, company phone, and pension scheme.

Salary estimate: €65,000 - €85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
