Job Description

As an International Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing international sales strategies and identifying new markets for expansion.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with distributors and partners in key regions, such as Europe, the Baltic, the Balkans, and CIS countries.
  • Analyzing target markets, competitors, and customer needs to inform business proposals tailored to each region.
  • Preparing reports on sales performance, executing plans, and forecasting future growth.
  • Maintaining established sales targets and engaging with customers to ensure strong relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • At least 3 years of experience in international sales, preferably in HVAC or home appliances.
  • Advanced-level English language proficiency, with knowledge of other languages being an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A willingness to travel for partner events and meetings, as well as readiness for business trips.
  • Prior experience working within an international organization or group is desirable.

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
