We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of the Impulse Channel, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate agreements with national customers to ensure optimal pricing conditions, assortments, and promotional activities.
  • Develop and implement channel strategies for Gas Stations, Specialty Retailer, and Convenience Retail channels.
  • Grow existing customer relationships and list new customers to increase Red Bull distribution.
  • Ensure commercial compliance and strategy alignment with international teams.
  • Negotiate win-win partnership agreements that add value to both Red Bull and customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-6 years of commercial experience in a consumer goods company.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market dynamics and levers that impact Red Bull sales.
  • Leadership and team spirit with ability to build relationships with other departments and international contacts.
