Your Role
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional ecommerce customer support, fostering positive customer relationships, providing expert guidance, resolving customer issues effectively, building strong relationships, and exceeding performance expectations. To succeed in this role, you must have fluency in French, a customer-centric focus, professional demeanor, growth mindset, organized and efficient skills, and a passion for customer excellence.

  • Contract: Temporary (3-months with 1-month probation period)
  • Position: Customer Service Representative
  • Hours: 39 hours/week
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 6:00pm
  • Holidays: Paid Bank Holidays + 1 Extra Day in Lieu
  • Work Model: Hybrid (6 days per month at the office)
  • Training: 2 weeks of training based in the office, Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm
