As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating content on a social media platform to ensure a safe and respectful community for all users.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide a content regulation service for a social media platform
  • Ensure that the platform's content and user accounts are accurately reviewed and actioned to ensure the safety of all users
  • Maintain a high level of quality in each case that you review
  • Act according to social media policies

Requirements:



  • Native/Fluent in Italian (C2), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
  • Fluent in English (B2)
  • Previous experience in content moderation will be considered as an advantage
  • Natural fast learner, developing skills within a short period of time
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to distinguish self-beliefs from moderated content and policies
