Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality administrative support to senior leaders at the Boston Consulting Group. Your tasks will include managing multiple calendars, processing timesheets and expenses, and providing general administrative support such as typing, telephone support, and mail services.

Travel Coordination

You will be responsible for anticipating and coordinating travel needs for senior leadership staff, including directions, ground transportation, and passport and visa processing. Additionally, you will coordinate point-to-point domestic and international travel needs of the team.

Event and Meeting Support

You will provide support in conference room scheduling, assignment of guest office space, and organizing and managing major meetings for team leads. You will also create proposals, letters, slide decks, and client invoices as needed.

Team Collaboration

You will work closely with the Administrative Services Manager and support the team assigned to you. You will also participate in office life, be flexible and willing to help fellow team members, and collaborate across functions.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience. You will also need 2-4+ years' experience supporting a senior executive, preferably at a professional services firm. Proficient computer skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are also required.
