This role focuses on ensuring the effective management of supplier relationships, purchase order processing, and contract administration within designated product categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supplier Coordination: Acts as the primary contact for suppliers, handling communications and procurement-related interactions to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any procurement-related issues.
- Contract Administration: Supports the negotiation and administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions and facilitating renewals or modifications as needed.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitors supplier performance against established metrics such as supplier delivery times, quality standards, and cost compliance, providing regular feedback.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Works closely with other departments, such as Finance and Quality Assurance, to align procurement strategies with broader organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
- 2+ years of experience as a Category Manager in the Procurement area.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- English and Portuguese language proficiency (mandatory).
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
