About the Role
Worten is a leading electronics retail brand of Sonae, a digital company with a human touch. Our mission is to bring the best technology to all consumers, with a strong presence in Portugal and Spain. As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing our business Iberically, across both online and store channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and develop the business across Iberia, in both online and store channels.
• Monitor market trends in Home, Entertainment, and Culture, and bring innovation into the business.
• Define category strategy in line with the strategic lines of the Business Unit and Worten, leading multidisciplinary teams to implement this strategy.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and marketplace sellers, establishing new partnerships.
• Implement new store openings, selecting and negotiating product ranges for both online and physical stores, meeting customer needs according to market trends.
Requirements
• Higher education in Management, Economics, Engineering, Marketing Management, Marketing, or other relevant fields.
• Previous experience in Commercial Management, Category Management, or Product Management.
• Experience in Retail and/or e-commerce. Commercial know-how in Home, Entertainment, or Culture will be valued.
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and organization are essential.
• Autonomy and decision-making ability, innovation, and adaptability are required.
