\Helpers provide essential support to our sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a skilled Sales Secretary / Sales Support person to join our dynamic team at Habita Algarve.About the Role:
We require a highly organized and driven individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and communicate professionally with clients. A strong background in office software, including Excel and social media platforms, is essential for this role. You will also be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication with clients- Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, to manage data and perform administrative tasks- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, responding promptly to their queries and concerns- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as required by the sales team- Ensure accurate and timely processing of documentation and paperwork- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionRequirements:
\* Highly organized and self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure- Reliable and trustworthy, with a high level of discretion when handling confidential informationWhat We Offer:
