Role Overview:
We seek a Service Manager/Coordinator to integrate our Nearshore Team in Portugal, collaborating with other Teams in the Netherlands and working with international clients across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operations, manage client interactions, and ensure seamless communication across our international teams.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for client issues, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Work effectively with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Adapt communication styles to bridge cultural differences and enhance team collaboration.
- Apply knowledge of ITIL processes and procedures to optimize service delivery.
- Manage multiple clients simultaneously, balancing their unique needs and fostering positive relationships.
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in IT Service Management/Service Coordination.
- Experience working with ServiceNow ticket management tool.
- Fluency in both Dutch and English languages, with Portuguese being an asset.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
