About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Success Solutions Expert to join our Client Service team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions for our diverse global customer base, working closely with our product and sales teams to ensure clear communication to our customers.

You will lead initiatives to support the growth and scalability of our Mastercard Business Intelligence (MBI) product suite business in the region. This involves collaborating with our product and sales teams to ensure clear communication to our customers, developing and maintaining customer support and sales materials, and acting as a knowledge expert on products and solutions.

As a Customer Success Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for analyzing data from product delivery projects and reporting on performance relative to success metrics. You will also produce presentation materials, analytics, and reports for customer or internal communications.

You will work closely with our Product team to execute a well-designed on-boarding experience and provide ongoing support to our customers and Mastercard. You will develop a deep understanding of our product features & functionalities and how these can be utilized to drive value for our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze data from product delivery projects and report on performance relative to success metrics.
  • Produce presentation materials, analytics, and reports for customer or internal communications.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with partners in other business functions in Product and Technology to complete delivery and customer support tasks.
  • Function as a liaison between the client and product development teams, assisting with prioritization of client requested platform enhancements, customization, and/or client specific features.
  • Research and deliver solutions for complex problems and respond to inquiries on troubleshooting queries for customers.
