As a Cloud ERP Business Development Manager, you will drive success by generating sales opportunities and qualified pipeline contributions through innovative outbound and inbound prospecting methods. This role focuses on the initial stages of opportunity generation.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Developing territory and account strategies to create and execute meaningful outreach to intrigue and captivate decision-makers.
  • Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Industry Leadership, and BDR Peers to focus, learn, adapt, and evolve.
  • Cultivating a deep understanding of your target market to deliver value to customers.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • At least one year of business development/lead generation/sales experience, preferably in SaaS or Tech.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Norwegian, with expertise in engaging decision-makers.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a strong performance drive.
  • The ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a proactive and self-reliant attitude.
  • In-depth knowledge of the sales/discovery/qualification process.
  • The capacity to balance independence with team success, taking pride in collective achievements.
