Your Key Roles

  • Drive efficient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date guest profiles to inform your service delivery.
  • Provide warm welcomes and assistance to VIPs, enhancing their stay with us.
  • Manage front desk administrative tasks with precision and care, ensuring guest account accuracy and smooth billing/credit card processing.

Our Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Language proficiency in Portuguese and English, with additional languages welcome.
  • Hospitality degree or relevant experience.
