Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to inbound customer requests, documenting relevant case information.
  2. Assure excellent customer satisfaction by assisting users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via multiple channels.
  3. Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets.

Requirements:

  • High level of Finnish (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2).
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users.
  • Patient when communicating and solving issues.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player.
