About the Role

SITA, a leading provider of border management solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth and customer success in the aviation industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and deepen our relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development plans to drive revenue growth and customer expansion
  • Collaborate with the account management team to ensure sustainable and profitable growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expertise and guidance to drive business success
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation
  • Maintain clear visibility of the status of all commercial aspects of the accounts

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development and/or sales, with a proven track record of generating revenue growth
  • 3+ years of experience in the aviation industry, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
  • 3+ years of experience in digital travel and identity solutions, preferred
  • Strong marketing and sales skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
