Customer Support Role

At Recruitas, we're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to problem-solve, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch support to high-level clients across various channels, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
  • Expand the self-serve advertising base for clients in the online and digital advertising domain, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Deliver pre- and post-sales support for all self-service products, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Identify and resolve technical bugs and ads' delivery issues, consistently meeting customer expectations.
  • Proactively communicate with clients on progress, identifying areas for improvement and offering tailored solutions.
  • Provide valuable product insights and feedback to our engineering team, driving continuous improvement.

Your Profile
  • Native-level written and verbal communication skills in Turkish; good knowledge of English (B2 level) required.
  • Basic computer skills mandatory, with advanced skills like coding a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and logical thinking, with excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Proactive and quick learner, able to adapt to evolving needs and help clients grow their business.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure, with EU citizenship or a work permit for Portugal.
