Job Summary:

Thoth is seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Service Ambassador. This role requires a strong ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support to our gaming community.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions to issues in a timely and professional manner.

Handle and resolve customer complaints, suggestions, and consultations in a fair and respectful manner.

Engage with customers to gather feedback and enhance their overall experience.

Monitor and report any game anomalies or issues to ensure a smooth gaming experience.

Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

Native written proficiency in German (Deutsch) and good spoken and listening English skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and provide excellent customer service.

Experience in the gaming industry and a passion for anime culture are highly desirable.

Working Conditions:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

A comfortable work environment and a relaxed work atmosphere.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.

Required to work on-site in our Lisbon (Portugal) office.

Compensation:

Competitive salary of €1,200.00 - €1,500.00 per month.

Opportunity to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal with support from the employer.

Language:

German (Deutsch) is required, English is desirable.
