At MicroHarvest, we are seeking an experienced professional to drive the commercial vision of our company. As Head of Commerce, you will be responsible for shaping and executing sales strategies, managing a diverse product portfolio, and building lasting customer relationships across markets.
Key Responsibilities- Shape and Lead Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute commercial strategies, closely collaborating with the CEO and other business units to guide the vision and drive initiatives that accelerate growth, expand market share, and build a strong presence across pet food, aquafeed, and human food markets.
- Acknowledge and Form Strategic Partnerships: Identify and forge strategic partnerships, secure high-impact opportunities, and establish long-term partnerships to drive business development and expand market reach.
- Drive Sales Performance Across All Segments: Direct the sales strategy and operations, focusing on acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and meeting/exceeding revenue targets in all target markets.
