Responsibilities
The ideal candidate for the Business Growth Strategist role will develop and execute strategies to drive business growth through effective partner management, sales, and marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to certify new partners and onboard them efficiently.
  • Coordinating sales training sessions and equipping partners with essential tools and resources.
  • Tailoring sales materials for various markets and supporting partner-related events.
  • Maintaining accurate records and conducting forecasting exercises with partners.

This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and autonomy. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to drive business growth and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed as our Business Growth Strategist, you should possess:
  • A proven track record in partner management, sales, and marketing.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written), with knowledge of French a plus.
  • Autonomy, proactivity, and empathy with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel abroad and a team-oriented attitude.
