The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Inside Sales Account Manager to join our Sales Team in Lisbon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing world-class IT solutions to our customer base in Lisbon. You will work closely with different teams locally and internationally to build your network and work on challenging projects to gain commercial and business acumen.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate sales ability and achieve targets by working within a team to support the achievement of sales goals and deliver on customer service levels.
- Effectively articulate the value proposition associated with Dell Technologies' products and services.
- Recommend business solutions considering customer needs and Dell Technologies' interests, building relationships with customers based on knowledge of Dell Technologies' technology, products, and services.
- Leverage cross-functional resources to achieve results and meet customer needs, independently gathering information and working on own initiative, making decisions based on an appropriate amount of information and data analysis.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Business/IT-related degree and graduated in 2023.
- Full working proficiency in English and Portuguese.
- Passion for technology and sales and ambition to succeed within a sales role.
- Ability to learn Dell's technologies, products, and services and align the portfolio to customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
