We are seeking a Customer Experience Strategist who will primarily support our Nestlé Health Science business by developing and implementing customer relationship management (CRM) programs for local brands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategy development consultancy to markets willing to develop new CRM programs and campaigns targeted towards patients, caregivers, and consumers.
A Day in the Life:
• Support markets in developing their CRM strategies through workshops and consolidating outcomes into agreed local market strategy documents.
• Leverage existing data capture capabilities at Nestlé Health Science to identify segments and create CRM journeys for local programs.
• Partner with local brand and digital teams to source content for CRM strategies, either by repurposing existing content or developing new content with the NHSc Global Content Studio.
• Drive the development of CRM campaign templates that markets can leverage for ongoing one-shot campaigns for local brands.
• Coordinate with the Nestlé IMS CRM Services team to set up and execute CRM journeys and campaigns in SFMC or Klaviyo.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of local CRM programs using pre-defined key performance indicators (KPIs) and report back to markets highlighting improvement opportunities.
• Help the Global B2C CRM team at NHSc evangelize the eCRM Campaign Factory setup towards markets.
Requirements:
More than 5 years of experience in digital marketing / eBusiness, preferably with experience working on marketing communications for Consumer brands, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom-line business results.
Experience in project management and stakeholder management in a multinational environment.
End-to-end experience in developing and implementing CRM programs, defining content, segmentation, and orchestration strategies, and building and setting up campaigns with external partners.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze campaign performance data and provide recommendations based on insights.
