Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Phiture. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring complete satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance and support to healthcare professionals via phone, answering incoming requests and proactively reaching out to ensure seamless software adoption.
  • Train customers on the use of our services through phone-based coaching sessions.
  • Efficiently process email requests and provide timely responses to ensure quick resolution.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to guarantee customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proficiency in French (C2 level) and English (B2 level).
  • Experience in customer support, preferably in a similar industry.
