We're looking for an Automotive Specialist to join our team in Athens, Greece. As an Automotive Specialist, you'll be the difference between a customer's experience being average or exceptional.
About the Role
- You'll work with customers via onboarding software sessions to ensure they have a great experience.
- You'll share engaging explanations of features to make customers more confident in their product knowledge.
- You'll adapt your coaching style depending on the customer's requirements and preferred learning style.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Savvy with tech and software.
- Self-sufficient and resilient attitude.
- Confident and adaptable communication and coaching skills.
- Engaging presentation skills.
